IPC Training at Martini Hospital
AIDA Health Advisory Group recently conducted a comprehensive Infection Prevention and Control (IPC) training at Martini Hospital, focusing on equipping healthcare staff with essential knowledge and practical skills to strengthen patient safety and hospital hygiene standards. The training emphasized the correct use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), including gloves, gowns, masks, goggles, and face shields. Through interactive sessions and role-play exercises, participants practiced identifying and correcting common errors in PPE usage, ensuring safer practices in clinical settings. Notably, the session highlighted the empowerment of women in healthcare, with the majority of participants being female healthcare workers who demonstrated strong engagement, note-taking, and commitment to learning.
